i ordered an aem cold air intake and was
wondering if is likely that i could suck up water? does it
take a lot of water to suck some up or will the filter
protect it? i live in oregon so i get a fair amount of
rain out here. should i get another intake for the
winter time??thanks

I drove 700 miles down to Atlanta, GA last year
for NOPI through Hurricane FLoyd and I didn't have
any problem. That is not to say that you should drive
through every puddle and submerge your filter. Only you
can be the judge of that. There is humidity in the
air and your intake ingests that, but don't let is
drink from a pond.
