Sup peeps...need your help here. I know I'm not alone when it comes to our Civic's SRS light staying ON for some reason or another.

Mine started staying ON after I installed a set of EL gauge faces on top of the stock ones. I spliced the guages' power wire to the headlight on/off power wire and the ground wire to a 10mm bolt holding down the dash frame. Everything worked fine except for the SRS light staying ON. I removed the EL gauge wires completely to see if that was causing it but the SRS light still stayed ON.

Could it be one of the following: faulty wiring, bad SRS chip (if there's one)or a prob with the airbag connections? I know it's not the fuse cause I checked and even replaced it with a new one.

Any help with your similar experience would be greatly appreciated.

Much love to all those who own and modify their Civics. OHHH, and to those who are DREAMING of owning AND modifying their Civics...get with the program already...
