Hi all, I bought an 89 Civic a month ago, and on my first tank of fuel, I got 32mpg, but the mpg's went down subsequently after that. it won't pass smog testing here in Nevada because the mixture is too rich. I've changed the primary/auxillary injectors, the O2 sensor, and the fuel filter also. Does anyone know how to lean the mixture to lower the emissions?

Thanks!!
