I just bought a arospeed strut bar and the only way it will mount is vertical right against the firewall. Is this where it really mounts or do I have the wrong bar? All the other strut bars I have seen mount in front of strut bars.
help please
David

well my first question is does the bar arch over your intake manifold bend out in front of it...now are you bolts that are holding the bar itself in negative threaded and if so just undo each bracket and switch the side on the individual beackets.that should fix your fire wall touching unless your bar is a dx bar or the one that bends in fromt then i dont know...later
