Hi everyone...need some help. I have a black 2001 honda civic ex coupe. Would 215 45-17 tires fit on my car?? AND i wanted to put 17'' motegi chrome wheels on it and switch my stock tires back when it gets cold for winter. Is this a good idea? Or should i just keep them on and just buy an all season 17" tire???

Don't even try to get any answers out of these fools who regulate on these forums, no one seems to know nothing here! Go to clubcivic.com or Honda-tech.com to get some real answers quick. I will also say that I don't recommend putting 17's on your ride, I would go with 16's at the most. 215's will also be fine.

I think we have some hater here, well, if he thinks this forum is for fools why is it that his in here.. LOL.. anyway, 16 would be good... 17 are only for Honda Si's but still I have seen a few regular civics on Si wheels around here.. Don't know though what they have done to make it fit.

2001? es body type?yeah 17's would fit..215-45-17...even 18's would fit...it just depends on d rims offset...try checking d rims ofset 1st...to match ur fender width...otherwise if it wouldnt fit, few camber corections would do...or try 205-40 instead for lower profile...dats based on my opinion..mybe it could help...

I'm new to this put I figured I would give it a shot to see if I can get some answer's. I have a white 2004 Honda Civic DX-Manuel 5 speed and I recently decided I wanted to put in a short shifter and bought one at my local import shop and it isn't going to work I searched online for one that is compatible and I can't find anything that does can anyone give me some advise about where I could go to find one that is going to work.
