Hey Everyone when I am shifting into 3rd from 2nd quickly it grinds. However if I wait a second or two before putting it into 3 it doesnt grind. I know I have the clutch in all the way. Do you guys have any ideas?? Why this is happening?

Sounds like play in your syncros. I would get your tranny checked out if it starts to happend more.

Syncronizers in d gear box.....probalby the teeth's already chiped or rather yet u might not be noticing it but ur gear oil is already empty...probably been running ur car wdout noticing it...i use 2 hav d same prob...do uhear noises?when u shift?try down shifting 4th to 3rd...u probably cant...have ur tranny check ryt away otherwise it would cost u more replacing the whole tranny...better earlier dan 2 l8...

Mine does the same thing as well. I was told it happens to all manual transmitions after a few good years.

ALL DEPENDS ON HOW OLD THE CLUTCH IS. IF IT IS OLD IT MIGHT NEED MORE TIME TO OPEN UP ALL THE WAY. BUT IF I WAS YOU I"LL DO A TRANSMISSION FLUSH AND ADD KNW FILTER AND OIL TO BE SAFE
