Does anyone here have a GPS system?

I'm not sure what's offered in the new Hondas, but I've seen a system in a Hummer once. It was so accurate it even indicated that the vehicle was in a parking lot, off of the road instead of parked on the curb.

That surely is very accurate, what GPS model is it?? I recently brought a Garmin Nuvi 350 which is sleek and is apt for my Honda Civic. But due to snow we couldn't go out on a long distance travel so wish to check it out and then might suggest. I am not sure if mine is that accurate to say if my car is in parking lot.

I'm sorry I don't remember what model that was. It was about seven years ago I think, so I imagine the newer ones may even be slightly better now.

I'm not sure if there have been significant advances in the technology, but hopefully they're more affordable.

Oh Ok. I could get my GPS for $300 on sale. Surely the technology is very much developed and seems to be wonderful on drive way. I first checked out some GPS on our trip to Florida where we had to rent a car and it really worked well but the demand reduced stating the re-routing wasn't good for the product. I felt it was really good in re-routing.
