I have 2002 Civic 4dr DX. Where front splash guards contact rocker (part of body that you lift feet over when getting into the car) they've rubbed the paint off and it's starting to rust. Anyone have similar experience? Any thoughts on Dealer fixing it under warranty? They were on the vehicle when I bought it new from them. Thanks, W 16K miles
