how much should a set of front breaks ?(rotors and pads) cost me any ideas

The pads aren't that much if you get them from an auto parts store (even for those with a life time warrenty), but the rotars will bite you pretty hard. I'd expect to pay about $150 for those guys.

To replace rotors and pads including labor cost you are looking at 600 bucks.
