Hi Guys,

I would just like to know what sort of quarter mile times and 0-60 a standard Fit can do (manual & auto). Also, how much power gain will you achieve from mods such as Exhaust, extractors, air filter, chip and how will these affect these times?

The Fit is a lot of fun to drive as was noted in the linked Car and Driver article. Its strength is its handling not its acceleration. It completed their lane change test faster than a Corvette Z06. It has decent acceleration for a vehicle of its horsepower rating but is definitely not a dragster.

That was a pleasure to watch the Fit outperform the rest of the pack. It beat the competition, even a Corvette with it's outstanding performance. Honda Fit debuts in Europe and what a stage to come in on. It beat in speed and and comfort surrounded by the plush interior. On the outside it looks like a regular car. Don't be fooled by appearances. This Honda leads the pack with ease.
