My 1989 Legend LS has a security system problem. Just about every time I unlock my driver side door the security system goes off. I spoke to my nearest Acura dealer and he told me to remove the hood switch. I am asumming he is talking about the switch that engages when the hood is closed. I removed that switch and still the alarm system goes off when I unlock the door. Any ideas? I just want to disarm the system.
