> Engine Light And Ticking At Warm Up

Drives: 1995 Honda Passport
I have a 95 Passport I got used.
At high speeds the check engine light comes on.
Once you let off the gas, the light goes back off.
Also when the car warms up the engine makes a ticking noise.
Once warmed up the noise goes away//
Does anyone know the reason for either of these Probs.
