I just got robbed on a 86 prelude, and it has failed emissions. They say that my HC's are 4 times what they are suppose to be. Does anyone know how to reduce them? I have put in new plugs, Bosch Platinums 2, I also put some fuel system cleaner in the tank, also sprayed the crap outta the carbs. Anyone else got any ideas???
