Hopefully someone can help, I have Civic 2.0 iTDCi 2008 and today I have been streaming engine data from the ECU via the CANbus onto a piece of software on my laptop. All works fine, however, instead of each channel of engine data being labelled with what it actually is, they are labelled with a hexadecimal code ID.
Can anybody tell me which Hex codes correspond to which sensors and which data bits correspond to which engineering units.
The protocol I am reading is ISO 15765, does anybody know if there is an industry standard out there that could give me the following information i.e Hex code 2CD=Engine Coolant Temp, Data Bit1=Celsius. etc etc.
If anybody could answer this or point me in the right direction where I might find this information then that would be really appreciated.
