I'll go with the DOME DE3175 31mm 1Watt because it is much cheaper and has no extra blue light... Purely white light..

You have two lights that I looked at on those sites. The first one is too purple looking. It doesn't look like the bright light you're looking for. The second light looked like a good light to get. It's the brightest one for the size you need. It's small but power full, and I think you should get that one.
