Yes. It happened. My dog is still young and he had to go and didn't inform me soon enough. E-GADS!

So I pulled over and proceeded to clean it up with my old sweat shirt until I could get something a little more appropriate...

What do you think I should use?

Have fun, duck. Here's something that might help you out.
Dog Pee Cleaner

Next time bring a mop (IMG:style_emoticons/default/57.gif)

Thanks for the tip, Carjam. I just scrubbed it out with some carpet cleaner that was made for pet odors and it seems to be okay. I'm afraid this summer, when the temperature gets really hot, it might come up again so I might try that cleaner yet.

After you have cleaned all surface areas, you can shock the entire car. It will get rid of all mold, bad oders and such, including that musty A/C oder. How do you shock your car... you buy or rent an ozone generator. A skunk could spray the inside of your car and it will eliminate the smell after you clean any spot or stains. TRI is correct, that's a great idea if the smell lingers.

Be glad it wasn't a cat!

Anti-Icky-Poo is one of the best products available today to remove pet stains and odor from carpet fabric and other surfaces. Removes stains and odor caused by urine (great for cat urine too), feces, skunk spray, vomit and more. Good luck!

Well that is one I haven't tried yet. With children and animals we all do things to the seats of our cars. So with pets it has the extra odor. We have my mother-in-law's dog that visits. He comes in the garage and car. He is young and will go anywhere he wants. But he has gotten a little better. I'm going to try the pet things she mentioned.
