Folks- I'm troubleshooting a problem for a friend, and I'm hoping someone here can help. The dashboard lights on her 1994 Civic Si hatchback are out. I checked the fuse box, and the following fuses are missing: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 16, 17, and 20. Without a service manual handy, I have the following questions: 1. Do you know if it's normal for these fuses to be empty on a '94 Si? 2. Do you know which fuse works the dashboard lights? 3. And finally: Any other thoughts on what might be causing the glitch?
