hi there, it could be a few factors that's affecting your V. to name a
couple that i can think of right now, how long has it been since your
last fuel filter change and is your engine oil too thick for your
climate/season? oh, another couple, dont forget to check on your last
valve adjustment or try to use some fuel injector cleaner- for clogged
injectors... hope one of these could help!

Do you have any trouble codes? Specifically P-0505 or P-1519
Your problem could very well be a faulty "Idle Air Control
Valve"
Disconnect the electrical connector to the Idle Air Control Valve.
If the idle speed increases or fluctuates , the IACV is bad and should
be replaced. There is no repair item.
Your Honda dealer can run a quick check with a Interface Module to
bring up any malfunction codes.
The latest fuel & emissions systems are so complicated , your
least cost alternative is properly (AUUUGH) dealer repair,

On my 2002 it's right behind the "H" on the grill.
On yours, l don't know.
