I'm telling you its possible, but why would you want to?  If you look at Twin turbosupras, the fastest set up are the single turbo conversions. The reason that they come twin trubo is that the exhaust manifolds are on different sides of the engine because it's a six cylinder.  You could make it a quad turbo, but what's the point.  A twin turbo civic would be even slower than a single turbo.  Because of 1) additional weight 2) you would need extremely small turbos in order to spool them.  Go get a single turbo and run 6 psi.  Or a shot of nos. Anything more without building the engine will blow the motor.  Do you understand?    Dre

With a quad turbo you would have a turbo coming off of 4 cylinders and a piece of crap slow civic.  You would waste a good amount of money and have to go to afghanistan to force one of them to make turbos that were small enough for a weed whacker engine. Wanna know what happens if you use 3 turbos?   Dre

before you do anything let me give you something to think about, first why would you want to run a turbo when you can run a super charger for almost the same price, a super charger is better in alot of ways, 1-no turbo lag so you get your hp right when you slam the pedal, 2-much simplier install you dont have to tap the oil pan and in most applications you can run it with out an intercooler since your not useing exhaust gases for you drive power and you dont have to have all kinds of custom pipe and exhaust built, 3-way easier to tune lets say you have a stock engine, you can run at about 7 or 8 psi of boost and be safe, but later you want to add a little to the engine therefore you want to run more boost since the engine can handle it you can tune i t up to 10 psi in about 10 minutes, 4-much more reliable and longer lasting, and finally 5-they sound so much better than a turbo, i hope this helps you out a little, if not ask more and ill answer later p

Gab,  at the risk of being too blunt, you don't know anything about cars and I don't think you should mod your car until you learn.  What do you mean "what happens if you put a supercharger and a turbo?"  Do you mean will it work?  Is it really fast? What do you mean?  A supercharger replaces the intake manifold.  It's a compressor that runs off of the belts to your underdrive pulley.  A Turbo is on exhaust manifold side and operates off the exhaust gases.  So, when you say what happens, that's a pretty broad question....   Dre

Paul good post.  Having had a supercharged civic ex and now a turbo car I think they are both really awesome for different reasons.  I like the Supercharger for the reasons that you have stated and I like the turbo for these reasons: -A supercharger causes parasitic drag by having to turn the compressor and turbo does not.  Therefor if you are running 8 psi with 2 identical cars except one with a blower and one turbo, the turbo will be faster. -With a turbo you can adjust the boost a lot easier -Turbos can produce a lot more boost.  (You can't just throw a 10 psi pully on the Jackson blower,8 psi max, or it chews up the splines) -Turbo sound and blow off valve. -don't have to run a turbo all the time-gas mileage is better if you aren't boosting. As opposed with the blower that is always spinning even when you are just going down the highway on cruise.   So, it's hard to say what is better.  I personally like the turbo a little more because more boost=more fun.  Other than that, I really did like the sound of the blower when at WOT...  It's really a matter of personal prefference.   Happy boosting,   Dre

Yah I know I dont know lot about cars!! But I by the quesion I mean what will happen to the peformance of your car, if you put a supercharger and turbo together?? At least I have common sense to ask before I end up screwing up my car, lol. Thanks, Gab.

If you put on a supercharger and a turbo you will have the charactoristics of both descriptions below.  There is a lot more than just having them that will make your car perform.  IF you are running 10 psi for the combination you aren't going to have the HP as a single turbo running 15psi for example.  And by the way ask all the questions you want, just have the common sense to think before you ask them.    Dre

well with out doing extensive internal motor work 2 things can happen. 1-you will blow up your motor because of to much compression, or 2-you will waste alot of money by buying both and only being able to run them at 4psi boost each, either way figgure out which one fits your needs, then get that one, good luck and happy boosting
