I've got an Ingalls set on my '91 teg. They are really high quality. I installed them myself in a few hours. I got them off e-bay for around $200.

i would recommend a kit from "Specialty Products". i've heard "Ingalls" has a good kit too, but i put S.P.'s on my '98 civic and have had no probs., and the tire wear is totally even. how low are you planning on going (or already have lowered)? that would affect price, b/c there's different types of kits for different heights. i got mine through a "group buy", but not all group buy's are alike (some just claim to be cheaper, but when compared to ebay (for ex.), they're about the same or more expensive). the group buy place i went to was www.groupbuycenter.com. you have to register to purchase there (no charge). .... just checked that page, and there's a GB for "S.P" kits (they sell them in pairs - front or rear). here's the link (you can look but not 'join' the buy w/out registering): http://www.groupbuycenter.com/buy.aspx?id=9113
