I just recently purchased a 2007 Honda Civic LX Sedan, and I have a BT1014 passive 10 inch sub that will be going in the trunk with an amp.

Anyone had one of these installed in a trunk layed out like a 2007 Civic? Seems like the entire bottom of the trunk is taken up by the false bottom covering the spare tire, so I can't really mount it to the base.

Only thing I can think of is to mount it to one of the wheel wells on the side, but it looks like there's only about 10 inches of well that is flat enough for the basic strap or aluminum mounts. I don't think that will hold it all that well.
