Guys I need your help on this one. I plan to do an engine swap on my 1995 EG Civic Hatchback, now I want to know which motor would be better for the hatch, a B16 or an H22. Thanks!

i would have to say b16, i mean dont get me wrong the h22 is a sick motor more hp and tourqe, but you gotta figure in weather u want to moddify the engine or leave it stock, b16s are easy to work on handle modds realy well and parts are every where and cheap. to build up a h22 you need deep pockets.

i was going to go h22 but i looked into the coast and gains of parts and modifications for the h22 and it was to high and not enough power if u look at a fully built b16 vs a h22 built the b16 will if built right coast half the price for the same as the h22 built up.
if u need any tips on the b16 hit me up i have one up in the classified section so u can see what i did to one if you want. with the right amount of boost ill be putting out in the upper 600 hp, or so im told
well good luck with ur swap
