All Hondas use Alpine stereos. You should be able to hook up an Alpine CD
changer without changing the head unit. You could hook up a Pioneer changer
if it is an RF unit.

I don't see why not, though you may have to get someone to do it who can do
a good wiring job.

Why not use the factory CD changer or at least the CD changer wire
connections that connect to the factory head unit.
Check here for purchasing information;

If I were you I would go with the Alpine. I'm not knocking pioneer. They
do make a decent product, but alpine makes better ones. Go to a real
audio place and compare the two. I believe you will be able to hear the
difference. The alpine will run you a little more money, but in my
opinion, it's worth it. nixonx3

One last site, crutchfield.com but you will probably have to change the head
unit in order to use their radio controller/CD changer products. They do
have many adapters for factory installations "the best" company for easy to
install stereos with a factory fit and finish.

Just search buy your particular vehicle but I would call first to be sure
everything will work an extra measure of precaution!
