I have a 1994 Honda Civic 295,000 miles. Runs like a dream... until today. It started fine this morning. As soon as I turned the corner my house is by, the engine went dead. I attempted to turn it over again, but only heard the starter attempting to crank the crankshaft. I checked all fuses, and checked the fuel pump as well. I couldn't get the spark plug caps off of the block. What might the problem be?

if youve had any tune up work done recently check distributer rotor. after market distributer rotors do not have locktight on the set screw that holds it in place it may have come loose..or if the distributer rotor is melted at the base, bearing may be gone in the distributer shaft...check all electronics with distributer...hope this helps
