I have a broken antenna. The motor still runs in the power unit but quit pulling the antenna down awhile ago. The antenna recently got snapped off and now I have a new antenna but can't figure out how to get the old one removed. Can someone help me with this? Thanks

which part are u having problems with? im not sure if it's the same as on my 95 accord. it should have a long plastic type belt with teeth on 1 side that the antenna motor grips to pull in or push out. make sure this is not stuck inside the motor. my antenna mount has a bolt that needs a special wrench to remove...i just use ends of long nose pliers. remove that bolt, pull the old antenna out, turn on the radio so the belt will be forced out - u may want to pull allong with it to make sure all of it comes out. installation is just the opposite.

Often, you'll have to remove the motor completely and take the side cover off the spool to remove broken white antenna cable that's stuck inside. Kevin
