You can get a VTEC head to fit a non-VTEC block
and vise-versa. However, if you don't accomodate for
the VTEC oil passages, you won't be able to take
advantages of VTEC. VTEC uses the oil pressure to slide the
camshaft over. Look into deeper on the hybrid
board.<br><br>Are you trying to get 200 HP out of your Gen 2 with
or without forced induction (ie turbo or super
charger). I've got almost 200 at the wheel in my 92 GS-R
hybrid. But it wasn't cheap. I started with a B18C5
(Type-R) block and a port-and-polished head, crower cams,
ITR intake manifold, Spoon header, custom exhaust,
Apex-i VFC controller and re-done ECU.<br><br>It's
completely safe to push these engines to 200HP NA, if done
