Drives: 1991 Honda Accord EXR Wagon 5 Speed
I've got a 91 accord exr wagon that the timing belt was replaced and now the dang thing wont start... no spark...
everything checks out voltage and resistance wise everywhere but still no spark....
Also it seems to crank slowly after the starter died....replaced it.
also ECU.... what do you use to check it?
