I swapped a 88 CRX Si engine into my 89 Civic Si and was having difficulty adjusting the valves correctly, I just couldnt keep the feeler gauge staright and once it was coated with oil it screwed up the amount of drag, any advice? Well I finally took it to my mechanic and he did get them adjusted right but he said honda had a recall on 88 engines for noisy valvetrain components, anyone every heard of this? Could this be possibly be related to CoughlinAutoSport's unusual wear of rocker arms?
