I took my 2004 CRV into dealer to fix door locks. When I use key to
unlock doors and hold the key to right all doors do not unlock -- only
the driver door unlocks. Manual says all doors should unlock. Dealer
said manual says one thing, but car is designed to do other. Honda
dealer said nothing was wrong and did nothing to correct problem.
Honda USA says car should perform as manual. Anyone have this problem
too?

FYI,

I spoke to a Susan S. of Honda America's customer service who said
that the manual reference to the key locks was a typo. According to
her, the 2004 CRV was designed not to unlock all the doors when the
key is put in door lock, turned to the right, and held there.

WHAT A COP OUT!!! Moreover, she refused to let me talk to her
manager. To me, that is some scary customer service.

I have the same "problem" but have not asked the dealer to look at it
yet. Interestingly enough, I could swear it worked once. Maybe I'm
just hallucinating?
