I have been experiencing an inconsistent rattle in the dash and
honestly not sure if it's above my spedometer or near the passenger
side airbag. Has anyone else had this same rattle and if so, what
did you do about it?.. THank you... Craig

The rattling noise you hear is the hydroformed steel.
supposedly, the steel was hydroformed and at certain
speeds will rattle because the metal is clicking
against the dash...

I have a 2003 RSX and also hear the rattle in the dash. Ive owned
the car for exactly 3 months and just started hearing the noise
about 3 weeks ago. The noise in my dash seems to be coming from the
passenger side airbag. Ive been curious to what it is. Thanks for
the info.

The noise you hear from the passenger air bag is the
Nyoshii airbag. These airbags are the best in the
world as far as reaction time to an accident, and
longevity. However, they are loose and will move as
the car is moving and that is your rattling from the
airbag.
