Has anyone had problems with the master control for the power windows on your 2002 Honda CRV. I had to have the one in my car replaced at 70,000 miles. The master control would not put up the back windows. All other options were OK. The switch plus labor ran $264. Of course, it was not under warranty.
I am the sole driver of this vehicle and I rarely put down the back windows - noise factor.

My '02 does not pull to the right or vibrate excessively at any speed. It's
a 5-speed, not sure what yours is. Is the vibration there if you do 60 in a
different gear, i.e. switch off the O/D (auto), or hit 60 in fourth
(manual)?
- Larry

>My 2002 Honda crv has had a vibration that is most noticable when
cruising at 105 Km/hr (60 mph). sometimes it seems that there is a
power loss and the vibration as I accelerate to that speed (but I
could be wrong on that one).... the dealer balanced the
tires ...very reluctantly ...but did not make much
difference .....they rotated the tires ..that did not make much
difference ...they even told me I should not be driving at speeds of
105 km/hr. I went to another dealer they were not very eager to hear
my complaint and said they did not notice anything but said all
crv's twitchty on the road ...and said I could try a tire shop to
have the tires rebalanced ...an I getting the run around ???
AND yes my car also pulls to the right ..which neither dealer seems
to acknowledge ...my wife won't drive the car because of the pull to
the right....this is the first new car that I hate to drive and
would gladly trade in.
Does any one else have this vibration problem too???.. I am reading
that the right pull is a common complaint with this model.

Hi, I am not sure if you found the problem, but I recently bought a
2000 CRV and noticed a vibration when accelerating and cruising from
40km/hr and up. I did at one point also feel like there was a power
loss during acceleration but like you was not too sure. When I
inspected the wheels and shook them around, I noticed that the driver
side wheel seemed to feel a bit loose. Upon more examination, I have
determined that the Tie Rod End was loose.

I am going to buy a new one tonight and change it. Hopefully it will
solve my problem. I will keep you posted. If you have found
something else, I would love to hear about it.

Regards
Albert
