Having never bought a Honda and worried about the paint job, I was
persuaded to get a $295 paint sealant job, but with problems
scheduling it and finding out more about it (they strip the "coat"
that is on and replace with teflon) I think maybe I don't need it, but
I DO need the snow tires! They have also changed the paint sealant so
you don't have to return every six months, pay another $30 and have it
reapplied--it sounds like just a fancy teflon wax job to me and maybe
I could just do the same myself....

I would definitely stay away from the sealant job - why mess with original,
which is very good. Just give it a good wash job regularly, and apply a
good wax (I use Meguiars) a few times a year.

I agree with Rod about passing on the sealant,
regular washings (preferably by hand), and Meguiars products.
