Hello, I am new to this post, I'm having problems with my 1996 Honda Accord. The wipers just stopped this past Sunday while on the Highway during a Thunderstorm. I have no idea hopefully its a fuse and I do not know where that is. The check engine light stays on. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
