Can a Honda Accord 2.2 motor be put into a 94 Civic? The 96 Accord has a standard trany, and the 94 Civic has an automatic. Need your help.

it's possible. i think all hondas come the same (at least all civics do). meaning it has all the holes and what not you need to put a standard transmission in your a/t civic.

if i were you, i would have it professionally done. it's hard to find someone that does the transmission swaps, but once you find someone it's way worth not messing up your car if you did it yourself.

if the motor is an f22 out of the accord everythign is the same as an h22 just h mounts the trans wont bolt up not sure that year of and accord trans but you can find an auto h22 or h23 trans out of a 94 and 95 so you connector hook up and get the wireing for the accord seeing how its obd2 get the ecu. drop it in plug and play
