Hello all, I have a 1995 V6. The engine has a bit of vibration. It starts and runs okay. Any idea what are the possible reasons. I bought it only a few months ago. Don't know much of the history. Should I try to replace the distributor cap and rotor to see if it get any better? Thanks Kevin

Hello, I also have a 95 Honda Accord V6 and I have not have that problem yet thank god. But my responds to your question is that you are better off taking it to the dealer and let them find out and fix it besides you would have a warranty. But if it comes to the transmission do it some where else that you can think of with a better deal and try to get the stock one or a JDM not used but new. -ARIEL-

Does your oil pressure gauge read normal?

Do you have a timing gun? It may need timing. If you are going to replace the cap and rotor you should time it after that.

No, I don't have a timing gun. I may try to get one if it is not too expensive. I guess the oil pressure should be okay. I did not attach a pressure gauge to test but the color of the oil looks okay. ( I guess if the oil pressure is low, new oil will be darken in no time )

Don't you have an oil pressure gauge in your dash, next to your temperature gauge and speedometer?
