Hello! I recently bought a 1994 Legend. Both front wheel linings are cut at the bottom. I was told this is normal because over time the bottom shreads. However, everything is exposed. You can see the window wiper fluid tank and the back of the bumper. Should I get this fix?<br><br>Thanks!
