What is the 0-60 time for a 1989 Prelude 2.0 Si 4ws. I'll be glad to hear everybody's opinions.

Mine usually fixed that in about 7-8 seconds. Then starting from standstill, and using only 1st and second gear. (will rev. in the upper red section... ;)
The performance i find nice is the accelerating from 80-90 mph and up. Even at such speeds the car actually do accelerate pushing you back in the cushion. But be prepared to find nothing much than ponnies when rev'ing under 4500 rpm. The REAL acceleration will kick in at 4500 up to 6000.
Sort of annoying to (almost) kill you car to make it perform. It is possible to chip-tune this car, making it more grunty at bottom revs, and even gaining about 12Hp by doing so. A friend om mine did, and got better idle, faster accelerating and found the hp at much lower revs. It used more petrol though and may have been trouble to get it passing the emission laws.

Harald Sakshaug
Norway
